WealthNavPro is an AI-powered opportunity matching and business planning platform operated by Bright Business Solutions International Company Ltd., registered at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE ("we," "our," or "us").
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using WealthNavPro, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
WealthNavPro offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

WealthNavPro includes community features such as posts, comments, and direct messaging. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use it within the platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines or these Terms without prior notice.
All content, features, functionality, branding, and design of WealthNavPro are the exclusive property of Bright Business Solutions International Company Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
WealthNavPro uses artificial intelligence to generate opportunity matches, alignment scores, business plans, and projections. These outputs are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
The Investor Portal connects entrepreneurs with potential investors. WealthNavPro acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any agreement, deal, or transaction between users. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any pitch, submission, or investor profile.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthNavPro and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthNavPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
